I guess if you are hiking, you get big toe jams from your wool socks. Seriously, this is probably due to Muslim visitors following a custom that is observed by some of footwashing as a ritual. Religious discrimination or keeping the sinks from getting gross?

Unless you are doing yoga, I don’t know how you accomplish this anyway.

Here we come a wassailing

Wassail is a special beer drink served in Europe since the middle ages. The Wassail Song is actually a New Year’s song. This is sung by Christmas carolers, nevertheless.

Speaking of carolers; did you have any this year or did you go caroling? Probably not. A lost art. Could be resurrected though. Just follow the custom of The Wassail Song and give out free beer to carolers. Bet you next Christmas is different…
